About this deal

You think that being uncomfortable and fearful means you shouldn't do something. Being uncomfortable and fearful means you definitely should." we’re wired to believe that success is somewhere we get to—when goals are accomplished, and things are completed." I think the term happiness seems to default to the happiness of pleasure. Only a few experience - the Happiness of excellence.

Throughout her career, Brianna has been featured in different famous resources, including the Huffington Post, Thought Catalog multiple times. She was also a contributor to Forbes. You can find lots of her publications on these and other platforms. I hated routines throughout my life. But I had to live wit I also want to say before diving in deeper that I do believe this book was written with good intentions. I know there will be people out there who read this and it will help them and it will resonate with them. I’m happy for those people. I just wasn’t one of them. I applaud the amount of work and effort that went into this book and by no means mean to shed a negative light on the author. I think the author’s thoughts are authentic. I genuinely enjoyed some parts of the book. (But I got somewhat annoyed when I realized it won’t be 101 essays, but (mostly) of various lists. Please deliver on your promises next time.) Some pieces presented in the book are inspiring, philosophical, and deep. Reading them you can gain valuable tips and insights. These pieces might actually change your attitude or thinking in some way. As previously mentioned, 101 ESSAYS that will CHANGE the way YOU THINK by Brianna Wiest is a compilation of her previously published philosophical essays. It's about: the importance of slowing down and being in the moment; fear and stepping into the unknown; happiness, passion, and purpose; identity; having choices; suffering and letting go; courage and hope. What I got from listening to this book? Invaluable insights to apply to my every day, helping me be more aware, purposeful, and happy. What else could I ask for?

That is not to say that I didn't like or enjoy this book. I found it to be beneficial on many levels. However, if I had cliff notes then I'd be getting somewhere. I would probably actually be able to organize these words into my real world.

Honestly, the book is very well-written and covers a wide range of topics that are relevant to many people. The essays are very thought-provoking and offer a lot of practical advice for dealing with everyday challenges and struggles. The essays are also very well-organized and easy to navigate, which makes it easy to find the information you need. The essays are very short and easy to read and understand as well.I couldn't make it half way through. Not because of the overwhelming sense of naivety I felt the writer had about the real world, and how each person is different, but that I'd say from 2-28 I had no answer for myself. In short, routine is important because habitualness creates mood, and mood creates the “nurture” aspect of your personality, not to mention that letting yourself be jerked around by impulsiveness is a breeding ground for everything you essentially do not want." You believe that creating your best life is a matter of deciding what you want and then going after it, but in reality, you are psychologically incapable1 of being able to predict what will make you happy. In conclusion, it is worth noting that giving an objective evaluation of this book can be rather hard. Just like there are many controversial opinions on 101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think on the web, you will most likely have the same controversial feelings after actually reading it. Before we move on, let us stop for a moment and say a few words about the author herself. 101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think was written by a young American writer and poet Brianna Wiest. Currently, Brianna is 28 years old. But, at the time when she published the book we are about to analyze, she was only 24.
