Double or Single Pumping?– when Power Pumping if possible it is better to double pump, it may also help to use a special pumping bra or you can make yourself with an old bra. I’ve pumped approx 2000 times between Alfie & Arlo. Alf for 5 months, Arlo for 3 (and counting)! While the Calypso comes with caps for the bottles, Ardo doesn't make nipples for feeding. However, Ardo bottles are compatible with Dr. Brown's standard nipples.
