The nose of Warner Edwards Elderflower Gin is much less literal than other Elderflower gins. Though the name aroma is present, there’s much more going on— the character of the base Harrington Dry Gin is evident. For example, juniper, rich spices, cinnamon, cassia, and a lot of cardamom. The aroma is bright and finished with some hints of Elderflower, but Warner Edwards Elderflower Gin is much more understated than the competition. Most of the ingredients are grown a short stomp from the distillery, because fresh botanicals taste...well, better. We harvest the likes of Lavender, Angelica root and Lemon Verbena with our own, not-so-fair, farming hands. Since launching in 2012, Tom & Tina have built an expert team, producing unique spirits, elegantly crafted from ingredients grown on the farm such as elderflower, angelica, verbena and lavender.

Warner Edwards’ Harrington Gin received a boatload of accolades last year when they launched their now renowned Harrington Gin. We also quite liked it. Among the original botanicals* was Elderflower.
