Dads help secure village pre-school’s future

A VILLAGE pre-school’s future is secure following a terrific fund-raising campaign – spearheaded by dads. Organisers of Little Comberton Pre-School feared for its future when lack of funds and small numbers of children put its future in doubt.

£!0,000 grant for school’s outdoor classroom

A school will create an “outdoor classroom with a twist” thanks to a £10,000 lottery grant. Pupils from Ashton-under-Hill First School will soon be enjoying an ‘Imaginarium’ thanks to the grant from the Big Lottery and money raised by parents.
